SUMMARY
Turning off HDR leaves the internal display brightness at 100%. This also
happens after HDR calibration and brightness has to be set again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a brightness value (i.e. 15%)
2. Turn HDR on
3. Turn HDR off

OBSERVED RESULT
The actual brightness of the laptop display is 100% 

EXPECTED RESULT
The brightness stays at its correct setting
