The horizontal scrollbar on window preview partially hides the preview itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open many windows to trigger horizontal scrollbar on hover.
2. Hover over application in task manager
3. Seep window preview popup
OBSERVED RESULT
Window previews are partially hidden under the scrollbar.
In the screencast, notice the bottom border/corners of the "hover highlight"
not being visible when hovering over console, compared with when hovering over
kdevelop.
EXPECTED RESULT
Window previews are completely visible.
