an example of the error as seen in system monitor
SUMMARY
i've noticed that whenever an app uses the default oxygen throbber, all the
icons show up as a bar and that bar spins instead of the icon itself just
animating through the frames like it should. i've attached a screenshot showing
it in system monitor, but i've noticed the same thing in discover as well
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system monitor
2. watch the throbber while it loads the information
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
the icons of the throbber are all lined up in a row and they spin like a
fireball bar from mario
EXPECTED RESULT
the throbber itself should be spinning, i'm assuming it should be a series of
balls rotating around in the shape of a spinner based on what i can see in the
icons
