SUMMARY
making a new folder and moving apps into the folder does not get applied, after
logout/login, and ever after a complete restart.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Make change, save changes
2. Logout/login, and even restarting the computer
3.
OBSERVED RESULT
Check menu changes, they have not been applied
EXPECTED RESULT
Changes made to be applied.
