STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lock the session.
2. Unlock the session.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Context Menu button that contains the "Lock" button appears for exactly 1
frame.
EXPECTED RESULT
That Context Menu shouldn't be there.
