Inception level video with artifact
SUMMARY
For quite some time I've been experiencing occasional issues with font
rendering. Mostly it affects firefox, but sometime I see it happens in other
applications, like my personal test project and kwrite. It exclusively happens
in the bottom part of the screen, it never presents itself in the top part of
the screen. I don't think I see this happening on my laptop with Intel Arc
graphics and Xe driver, but I cannot vouch for that.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Browse web-sites or use applications
OBSERVED RESULT
Occasional lines with font rendering artifacts.
EXPECTED RESULT
All fonts are rendered equally
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Fedora 44 KDE Beta
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.3
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.24.0
Qt Version: 6.10.2
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
My desktop has AMD Radeon RX 7900XTX, so might be amd drivers related. I'm
using ICC profile for the monitor where it presents itself, but switching to
built-in does not seem to help. As I was filing this BZ, I got it to reproduce
right here, video will be attached below (look at the "Occasional lines with
font rendering artifacts." line)
