When taking screenshots with Spectacle, all the buttons to edit the annotation
tools' properties (e.g. fill or not fill, change rectangle color, change blur
strength) are not available. They don't register as a valid place to click.
Trying to click on them behaves like clicking on an empty spot.
Arch Linux, fully up-to-date.
