I install Glitch Effect but even after install i can't see....!

SUMMARY
I'm try to installing "burn-my-window" effect, but after download it, it isn't
visible in "Desktop Effect" setting! I try so many times but i couldn't find
that setting.1st I install Geometry Change Effect Install and it works
perfectly... but then I install some burn-my-windows effect & even i download,
re-download it not visible in setting, How to apply that effect??? I also
restart still not visible....
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to Desktop Effect
2. Install any Burn-my-window effect
3. See in Desktop Effect that this setting is visible??? or not...
OBSERVED RESULT
New Installed Burn my windows effect is installed but not shown in Desktop
Effect Setting & Unable to apply!
EXPECTED RESULT
New Installed Burn my windows effect, That effect show in Desktop Effect list &
I can easily apply for that effect!
