The animation timeline bar is delayed or works erratically when using shortcuts
"Next Frame" or "Previous Frame".

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add any keyboard key to the shortcut "Next Frame" or "Previous Frame".
2. Create multiple animation layers and add any filters to make the file
slightly larger.
3. Quickly press the 'Next Frame' or 'Previous Frame' shortcut multiple times;
do not hold the key down.

OBSERVED RESULT
-When using the 'Next Frame' or 'Previous Frame' shortcuts, the animation
timeline becomes unstable if I press them quickly. There’s a delay, or
sometimes I have to press twice just to move a single frame. This doesn't
happen when using the scroll wheel, and I never encountered this on version
5.2.11, even with very heavy files.

EXPECTED RESULT
-I want to fix this so the shortcut delay is completely gone. I hope this bug
gets resolved soon; while it doesn't cause crashes, it forces me to
double-check everything constantly whenever I move to the next frame.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 10

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I've attached the Krita file for you to check. As you can see, the file isn't
heavy at all, but the issue starts appearing as soon as there are multiple
layers with filters applied.
