Steps to reproduce:
1. On a touchscreen, long press on a file,
folder, or app icon
2. Context menu appears
3. Tap outside the context menu to dismiss it
Expected result:
Context menu closes, touch input works normally
Actual result:
After tapping outside to dismiss the context menu,
touch input is frozen. The cursor still moves with
touch/stylus but tap and click do not register.
Touch grab is not released after menu closes.
Workaround: clicking a physical mouse button
restores touch tap/click functionality.
