            Bug ID: 518480
Summary: RAOP/AirPlay sinks from PipeWire not shown in audio
                    volume applet
    Classification: Plasma
           Product: plasmashell
      Version First 6.5.3
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: Audio Volume widget
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: 1.0

PipeWire RAOP (AirPlay) sinks are not displayed in the Plasma audio volume
applet in the system tray, making it impossible to switch to network audio
  devices from the tray.

  Steps to reproduce:
  1. Install pipewire-zeroconf
  2. Enable RAOP discovery (libpipewire-module-raop-discover)
  3. Have an AirPlay-compatible device on the network (e.g. Marantz receiver)
  4. The RAOP sink appears in `pactl list sinks` and in pavucontrol, but not
in the Plasma system tray audio applet

  Expected behavior:
RAOP sinks should appear alongside ALSA sinks in the audio output selector.

  Actual behavior:
Only hardware (ALSA) sinks are shown. RAOP sinks are invisible in the tray
but visible in pavucontrol and via "Configure Audio Devices."

  Environment:
  - Plasma 6 (KDE neon / Arch)
  - PipeWire 1.6.2
  - pipewire-zeroconf 1.6.2
  - WirePlumber

This is becoming more relevant as PipeWire's built-in AirPlay support
matures and more users adopt network audio devices.
