SUMMARY
I tried to open a .heic image with Gwenview on Fedora 43. It couldn't be
displayed due to missing codecs.
Gwenview showed me an error message which says:

> Gwenview cannot display documents of type image/heif. Install the 
> kimageformats package to gain support for a wider range of media types.

However, the kimageformats package does not exist under Fedora 43.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Gwenview on a Fedora 43 installation.

OBSERVED RESULT
The error message above.

EXPECTED RESULT
The same error message, but with a package that actually exists.
