SUMMARY
Desktop folder settings->wallpaper type: picture of the day, today's picture
may not be fully downloaded.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set wallpaper type to "picture of the day"
2. select a provider
3. when today's picture is loading, diconnect the network or using a poor
network
OBSERVED RESULT
today's picture may not be fully downloaded, only a part of the picture can be
downloaded, this process is not atomic.
EXPECTED RESULT
atomic downloading
