SUMMARY
Users who update to the 25.12.3 Flatpak find that they cannot work with video
at all due to missing or broken avfilter dependancies.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install flatpak version 25.12.3
2. Start Kdenlive
3. Get error messages, including: Missing MLT module: avformat (FFmpeg)
required for audio/video
4. Try to open a video clip.
5. Fails with "Could not open file FILENAME".

EXPECTED RESULT
I should not get error messages and I should be able to open video clips.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux: Bluefin (Fedora 43)
Kdenlive: 25.12.3
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Yes, I removed and reinstalled. Did not change things.
