SUMMARY
Cannot add/open any media file (video and/or audio).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any existing or new project.
2. Add any media file (video and/or audio) to the Project Bin and/or Timeline
section via dragging or via "Add Clip or Folder..." option in the Project Bin
section.
3. Error: "Cannot open file {path file}"
OBSERVED RESULT
It CAN open/add images files, but no video and/or audio files.
EXPECTED RESULT
Just be able to use the files as it basically should.

Linux/KDE Plasma: 6.19.10-200.fc43.x86_64
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.3

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Also, when I open an existing project (before I realise the issue) in the
Monitor Project displayed "INVALID", with and without proxies, re added (which
I couldn't as I already explained), just started to display "INVALID".
