SUMMARY
Animation repeats when using 3 or 4 finger "swipe up" gesture during 3-finger
horizontal gesture
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change virtual desktops using 3-finger horizontal swipe
2. During the animation, swipe up with 3 or 4 fingers
3. Continue doing multiple swipes to observe the issue
OBSERVED RESULT
Animation for switching desktops repeats for however many times you repeat the
swipe up gesture.
EXPECTED RESULT
Either nothing happens when you swipe up or the virtual desktop animation
finishes quicker to let me swipe up

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Occurs on Wayland.
Issue has been present for some time; it is not new to Plasma 6.6.3.
This bug makes it difficult to swipe to a new desktop and then immediately go
to the overview.
The bug appears to persist for some time after the animation is visually over,
as seen in the second half of the attached video.
