[plasma-login-manager] [Bug 517680] After the system with dual monitors wakes from a locked session and prolonged inactivity, the clocks displayed on the two screens become inconsistent, differing by approximately 8 hours.

Experiencing the same issue, but in my case one or both monitors are UTC-5.
