Mouse cursor not hid.

SUMMARY
The cursor doesn't respect the "Hide Cursor" effect neither for time nor the
"Hide while typing" settings in the desktop effects kcm.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Enable "Hide Cursor" and check "Hide while typing"
2. Un-zoom completely
2. Move the cursor and press Space- you'll see that the cursor hides correctly
3. Zoom in- doesn't matter what mode is the magnifier set in
4. Repeat 2 - now the cursor doesn't hide
5. Wait for the set amount of time- it doesn't hide as well

OBSERVED RESULT
"Hide Cursor" effect settings are not honored while zoomed in

EXPECTED RESULT
They should be honored when using the magnifier tool as well
