SUMMARY
The vector operations behave oddly with text in them, in a scaled
image(document).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open/create a document, and change the document size.
2. Make a vector layer, and add a vector object.
3. Add a text inside it.
ISSUES
[1] The vector object changes scale and position the moment you add text within
it.
[2] The stroke of the vector object scales together with the scaling of the
object itself. (It resets after touching the related options.)
[3] If you transform it with the Transform Tool, it becomes severely
glitched/invisible on the canvas.
Other small bugs have been found too, but I didn't include them because I
couldn't reproduce them consistently.
