            Bug ID: 518532
Summary: HDR brightness slider in KDE settings is labeled as
DDC/CI but actually controls SDR brightness in the HDR
                    pipeline

Display Configuration

SUMMARY
This is a minor UI issue, yet maybe confusing for some people, including me at
first.
In SDR mode, the brightness slider will actually send DDC/CI commands.
In HDR mode, the brightness slider is not DDC/CI, which is to be expected, yet
the UI still says so. The tooltip also does not specify the difference.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Apply HDR mode in Display Configuration
2. Control the brightness slider

OBSERVED RESULT
The slider does not control DDC/CI brightness, yet the UI says it does.

EXPECTED RESULT
The observed behaviour is what most people want, including me.
However, the UI (label and ?-tooltip) should communicate the slider now
controls SDR brightness
