On Plasma 6.6.3 (openSUSE Tumbleweed), idle detection does not work in Wayland
session.
The system never considers the session idle:
- loginctl IdleHint always remains "no"
- screen dimming and screen turn-off never trigger
- power management settings are ignored
The same setup works correctly under X11.
