Screen Priority tooltip
SUMMARY
The screen priority tooltip says that the priority of the displays do not
affect where notifications are displayed but that is not the case.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Ensure that you have atleast two monitors.
2. Ensure that you have duplicated the default KDE panel on both displays (with
the systems tray or notifications widget)
3. Goto Settings >> Display Configuration >> Change screen priorities.
4. Note the order of priority
5. Run [notify-send "test" ] in terminal, on any display.
OBSERVATION 1: Observe the notifications to show up on the monitor that was
first on the priority list
3. Change the screen priority and ensure that a different display is at the top
4. Send the test notification again.
OBSERVATION 2: The notification now shows up on other display
EXPECTED RESULT: The notificatoins should show up on all displays which have
the system tray widget or the notification widget.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1. If we could have the notifications show up only on the active or focused
display (following mouse focus switching or something else) , that would also
be an acceptable solution.
2. Adding the notification widget separately seems to break plasma shell.
a. The notifications will only show up on the panel where the widget was
last added.
b. This change does not revert back. The notifications continue to be
anchored to the display even when the widget is removed. This is only reset on
restarting plasmashell.
