grayscale is only partially reducing color
SUMMARY
The grayscale filter that was introduced in
https://invent.kde.org/plasma/kwin/-/merge_requests/8106 (fixing the bug
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=485304) does not produce a grayscale
effect
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open system settings
2. Accessibility -> Colorblindness correction -> Enable
3. Select "All (grayscale mode)" and Apply
OBSERVED RESULT
Color is reduced a bit, but the screen is not full grayscale (see attached
image).
EXPECTED RESULT
Color should be gone

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Issue also occurs for a new user. Therefore, this is not a local configuration
