SUMMARY
KDE Connect linux program receives remote input even after it is disabled in
plugin settings.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect and pair an android phone to the computer
2. Press the 'Remote Input' button on the phone
3. Using the phone, navigate to the 'Plugin Settings' menu on the computer of
the device in question
4. Disable the checkboxes on 'RemoteControl' and 'Virtual Input'

OBSERVED RESULT
The phone can still control the computer's mouse.

EXPECTED RESULT
The phone would not be able to control the computer's mouse after the relevant
settings are disabled.

Linux: Artix Linux(Xcb) with XFCE desktop environment
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.18.6-artix1-1

KDE Plasma Version: Not installed
KDE Frameworks: 6.22.0
Qt Version: Using 6.10.2 and built against 6.10.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Was tested both with android 6 phone (KDE Connect 1.34.4) and android ~14 (KDE
Connect 1.35.5). Both apk installs are from F-Droid.
