SUMMARY
Hello!
This issue is regarding the specific symbol used in the Currency field under
Region & Language in system settings for the Saudi Arabian Riyal.

The currency symbol currently used for Saudi Arabian Riyals in KDE is "ر.س",
which is okay, but as of the 20th of February, 2025, the KSA changed their
currency’s symbol to "⃁" (and was added to Unicode 17.0 in September 2025, as
the codepoint U+20C1).
Here's the Wikipedia article on it, in case that'd help:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to System Settings.
2. Go to Region & Language (Under "Language & Time").
3. Search for "Saudi Arabia" in the Currency setting.

OBSERVED RESULT
It uses the outdated "ر.س" symbol.

EXPECTED RESULT
It should use the new "⃁" symbol.
