It started to happen after latest update.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press print screen or take rectangular region
Bonus step - draw something
OBSERVED RESULT
Screen content shifts down (apparently something with top menu rendering?)
Bonus step - notice where drawing appears (shifted by the same distance)
EXPECTED RESULT
Screen content stays on the spot and drawing is produced under drawing tool

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have dual (sometimes triple) monitor setup, and it worked as expected before
I have updated Spectacle to the latest version.
