When plugging in or unplugging new displays, sometimes the layout defaults to
what it would be by default. It would be better if the layout was inherited
from the current layout as long as no gaps are created
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Delete kwinoutputconfig.json
2. Log into Plasma
3. Reorganize displays
4. Unplug one of the monitors
OBSERVED RESULT
Display layout resets to what it would be by default default
EXPECTED RESULT
Inherit the layout from the previous setup
