Hmm, your screenshot just shows /dev/nvme2n1. Which seems to be to be the whole
device partition, i.e. there is no partition table on that device (hence I
don't think flags apply to it).

nvme1n1p1 are proper partitions though. I think if you unmount them, then
you'll be able to change flags.
