STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start spectacle
2. Watch the screen go dark (I briefly see the screen shade and the crosshair
cursor appear)
3. Screen stays dark until I quit it (Alt+F4), or end the screenshot by
dragging the mouse blindly + pressing ENTER to see the desktop again
OBSERVED RESULT: Screen flickers and goes dark when trying to make a screenshot
(= shaded screen + crosshair cursor), not when the app itself is running and
e.g. just showing an image.
EXPECTED RESULT: Screen should not go dark in any case.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS: KDE Neon with all updates applied.
This used to work until a few versions ago (maybe 6.5?). I did not change any
settings or hardware.
