  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
In the "Configure Key Bindings" screen, there are many options for how to
configure the Caps Lock key. However, two are missing:

- Make Caps Lock an additional Shift key

While there are many options involving the concept of Shift, none of them just
make Caps Lock an additional Shift key, something which works well for me,
which I once did with Corsair's proprietary keyboard driver.

- Do Nothing

Unfortunately, "Caps Lock is disabled" leaves the key unavailable for keyboard
shortcuts like Search or Next Keyboard Layout, which is something Do Nothing
would allow. When setting the Caps Lock key as part of a keyboard shortcut, the
shortcut indeed runs but also Caps Lock is toggled, which is something Do
Nothing would resolve.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "Configure Key Bindings..." settings
2. Expand "Caps Lock behavior"

OBSERVED RESULT
3. Many options, but not these two

EXPECTED RESULT
3. Many options, including these two
