SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download and install kate-master-11591-macos-clang-arm64.dmg or
kate-master-11598-macos-clang-arm64.dmg
2. Install, go to system settings "Open Anyway" (nightly build should be
notarized, or stable one made available?)
OBSERVED RESULT
No window appears, startup silently fails.
EXPECTED RESULT
Kate opens
