--- Comment #1 from Sevenseraphim <[email protected]> --- This bug strangely seems to have resolved itself for me after I assembled a brand new computer (new motherboard, CPU, GPU etc...) but I'm still using the same USB Bluetooth adapter that I was using before with the old computer and everything seems to be working as intended. Now when I disable a Bluetooth adapter under "System Settings > Bluetooth > Configure" it remains disabled on restart which is the correct behaviour.
