DESCRIPTION
The application crashes (segfaults) after saving any attachment.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a mail with attachment.
2. In the attachment context-menu, choose Download or Open Directly.
OBSERVED RESULT
The attachment is downloaded (and/or opened, respectively), but Trojita quits.
Show Preview does not trigger crash, only apparently the commands that involve
saving to the filesystem (whether in the user-chosen directory or in the temp
directory).
EXPECTED RESULT
The attachment should download/open while Trojita should stay running.
