DESCRIPTION
When right clicking an audio track and selecting "show record controls", if no
audio input device is attached to the computer, kdenlive hangs for a few
seconds then closes unexpectedly.

This also causes project files that were saved while the recording interface
was active to be impossible to open later if the audio input device is removed.
Kdenlive closes at the "building sequences" stage of the loading dialog.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Detach any audio input devices
2. Open kdenlive
3. Create a new project
4. Attempt to enable record controls on an audio track

Kdenlive closes
