DESCRIPTION
I had to search for 30 seconds just now to find out how to start a new private
message. Having it at the bottom of the Friends list seems like a hard to
discover spot. Especially if you have a list of PMs longer than the size of the
window.
It makes logical sense to expose it in the + menu on the left sidebar as that
is about creating new rooms and spaces.
The menu entry can be "New Private Message" or similar.
