DESCRIPTION
When you resize the address-bars above split folder views in Dolphin, putting
them out of sync with the file views' widths; and then navigate to a different
folder in either of those views; Dolphin forces the bars to resize immediately
which is irritating.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open split view
2. Change size of navigation bars by clicking inbetween the two and resizing
3. Navigate in either file view to a new folder
OBSERVED RESULT
Navigation bar resizes
EXPECTED RESULT
Navigation bar stays put; or at least; the bigger path gets more real estate,
the very reason you'd ever resize those
