DESCRIPTION
Desktop notifications are not appearing for NeoChat using KDE on CachyOS.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log into NeoChat
2. Receive a message, in a chat where all messages are configured to trigger a
notification
OBSERVED RESULT
No desktop notification on KDE, for messages or being tagged in chat.
EXPECTED RESULT
Desktop notifications for new messages
