After clicking on specific package listed in available updates, the UI doesn't
show any indication that the changelog/release notes are getting downloaded.
Use has no idea about such thing happening.
If use waits for few seconds, suddenly the downloaded changelog is shown.
Also, the "Update from..." line isn't highlighted/bold, so it simply appended
to end of the "Release Note" section.

EXPECTED RESULT:
#1] There should be a "Downloading changelog..." like message initially before
showing the changelog.
#2] "Release Note" and "Update from..." sections needs better
separation/highlight.
#3] Download changelog for all the packages in background, so user doesn't need
to wait for few seconds for every package.
#4] Give option to Exapand/Collapse, so user can expand all available updates
to view the changelog, rather than clicking every single package.
