STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set a custom image for the Screen Locker for the first time since
installation to your 1080p notebook.
2. Plug the HDMI of a 4K HDR OLED TV to you notebook the first time since
installation.
3. Lock the session.

OBSERVED RESULT
The default background image is back.

EXPECTED RESULT
The custom image should remain there. Especially when the image is in 4K.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I believe it reseted Plasma-Login-Manager background image too, since I had to
reapply the custom image for it.
