            Bug ID: 519985
Summary: kpreviewjob not cleaning up downloaded files from MTP
                    devices after thumbnail generation
    Classification: Applications
           Product: dolphin
      Version First 26.04.1
       Reported In:
          Platform: Arch Linux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]
                CC: [email protected]
  Target Milestone: ---

When browsing folders on an MTP device (phone via USB) with previews enabled,
Dolphin downloads full files to ~/.cache/dolphin/kpreviewjob/ for thumbnail
generation but never deletes them afterward.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Connect Android phone via USB (MTP)
2. Browse phone folders containing media files with previews enabled in Dolphin
3. Check ~/.cache/dolphin/kpreviewjob/ after browsing
4. Observe full copies of media files cached

Expected Behavior:
Files downloaded for thumbnail generation should be automatically deleted after
thumbnails are created.

Actual Behavior:
Files remain in cache indefinitely. Cache grows to several GB. Files are
playable/viewable directly from cache.

Impact:
Privacy issue - sensitive files (e.g., ID documents) transferred from phone
remain cached in unencrypted form even after being moved to encrypted storage.

System Information:
Plasma: 6.6.4
Kernel: Linux 7.0.5-arch1-1
