DESCRIPTION
When moving with the mouse over a button the tool tip shows very briefly (to
short to read) and disappears again.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Neochat from Flathub on Kubuntu 26.04
2. Login
3. Hover with mouse over button (example: attach file button)
OBSERVED RESULT
Tool tip shows briefly and disappears again
EXPECTED RESULT
Tool tip shows and stays at least for a moment
