On my Manjaro system the situation with Plasma 6 degraded so badly over time (and my attempts to work around the issues only made things worse) that I eventually had to switch to Xfce just to keep my system usable. The main problem was the behaviour when switching between two monitors, but at this point I can’t reproduce or collect logs anymore because Plasma is no longer installed. I’m just an end user and this bug report was the most I could do before giving up on the setup. Thanks anyway.
