I was also downloading torrents via transmission in the background. One of the debugging attempts suggested it had to do with this. I made transmission stick with a fixed port and set up an exception for that port in the firewall, but that did not help. When not downloading torrents, the connection to my home network is better, but not optimal. Connection is still sometimes dropped.
