WaylandTasksModel: Throttle geometrychanged with a timer Add a timer to geometryChanged calls, to make sure it doesn't flood the eventloop when using high polling rate mice (for example 1000hz). 1ms interval should result to same speed as the screen framerate, instead of the mouse polling rate.
