STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a single text in the clipboard.
2. Hover it.
3. Try to unhover it.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Clipboard's buttons can't be unhovered away.
EXPECTED RESULT
Only show the buttons over the text when the cursor is over the text, that way
the text can be read.
