Status: REPORTED

DESCRIPTION
I get corrupted remote mouse cursor when connected to a Windows 10 via RDP. It
worked fine until recently. Local cursor still works fine as a workaround.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect to a Windows 10 via RDP
OBSERVED RESULT
Remote mouse cursor is corrupted. It seems that the pixels have correct colors,
but are misplaced in the rectangle. The cursor is moving and works, only the
image is corrupted. It is the default Windows 10 cursor, no custom themes
applied.
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal remote cursor as before.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm on KDE neon User Edition, AMD 780M GPU, Wayland.
This specific Windows 10 machine probably has H.264 RDP enabled.
