DESCRIPTION
Plasma 6.7 Beta seems to have a new bubble notification for apps having pending
notification , here is an example of telegram we see that in the taskbar
telegram icon is having a 9999 bubble which is slightly overlapping over the
left icon (elisa) when the taskbar height is below 44 on a 100% scaled display
and on a 125% fraction scaled display its occurs at all height.
my taskbar setup on Both display is (From left to right) - Pager(4Desktops on a
2 Row layout) - Kvitals - PageSpacer(Flexible Size Enabled) - Application
Luncher - IconOnlyShortcuts - PageSpacer(Flexible Size Enabled) - Margin
Seperator - NetSpeed Widget - TrayIcons - Clock - Peek At Desktop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set panel height below 44 on a 100%
2. set any panel height on a fractional scaled display (mine's 125%)

OBSERVED RESULT
Bubble indicator spilling over to its neighbour apps
EXPECTED RESULT
bubble notification stay inside the limit of the application
