Not just on a single theme, but I would guess all of them. I also sometimes get a few seconds of app freeze before the error. Selected themes I tried: Sweet KDE. Third and latter attempts to Install resulted in error code 429 shown twice (this affects not just Global Themes, but all other options where I can download new content, e.g. Plasma Style, Cursor, ...): Nordic KDE.
