DESCRIPTION
When adding a Global keyboard shortcut to the Keyboard -> Shortcuts, Plasma
crashes to a black screen , recovers after few seconds and then throws an
error.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In Krunner, type Shortcuts to open SHortcuts settings page in System
Settings.
2.  CLick on Add New on top right, select Application and search for Youtube (A
Web app)
3.  After selecting Youtube, and Clicking OK button on the Choose Application
Pane, Plasma crashes with a black screen for 1-2 seconds and then recovers. All
other open Windows have been closed, except Shortcuts page in System settings.
4) See an error in the Shortcuts page saying "Error while communicating wiht
the global shortcuts service"

OBSERVED RESULT
See an error in the Shortcuts page saying "Error while communicating wiht the
global shortcuts service" and Plasma should not crash and recover

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut should be successfully assigned without crashes
