Re-titling to reflect that this is basically a bug. It's legitimate to not have
a calendar handling app installed; something more sensible should happen in
this case.

The Digital Clock feature to allow middle-clicking to open the configured
calendar app could then disable itself when no suitable calendar app is
present.
